How often do you restock?

We aim to keep all of our products in stock as much as possible. Each candle is carefully handmade which takes time meaning our stock is limited. If you see something out of stock online, shoot us a DM on Instagram or an email! 

What are your delivery options?

We ship Australia-wide with a flat fee of $8 and free over $80 for most products. Our Mushroom Candle Lamps are heavy items so we do charge a flat rate on that product. International shipping is calculated at the checkout. We are still a small business, however as we grow we will constantly be evolving our delivery options to give you the quickest and most cost-efficient service.

What are your candles made from?

Our decorative candles are made from a sustainable soy wax blend. While we wanted to use 100% soy wax, we found soy wax alone to be too soft to achieve the shape and finish we wanted. Our wax is also made to withstand hotter temperatures which ideal for the Australian heat.

Our Mushroom Candle Lamps and container candles are made from a 100% pure Coconut Soy wax.

What is 'frosting'?

Soy wax can be temperamental due to its natural properties which can often cause 'frosting'. This is when small white crystals form on the surface of the wax. It's completely normal for soy wax to behave this way and it does not affect your candle at all. We think this makes it even more unique, but you prefer a more perfect look we recommend the cream candles.

Are your candles vegan?

Yes! They are 100% vegan. 

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We use recycled and recyclable boxes, acid-free tissue paper and eco-friendly void-fill to ensure your candles arrive safe and undamaged. We ship all our candles through a carbon-neutral service.
