Refund policy
Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance, colour and scent. We do our best to show you our candles as they come so you know what to expect, however if you would like a refund, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Candles sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items, not for change of mind. If you would like to exchange your candle please contact us first.
Processing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
